Well sure to become a mechanic yourself there is actually a lot of very simple little things that you can do to minimize the number of times you have to take your car, truck, SUV, van into a garage for problem or service work. I read a book called your car, your money, garage and service tips everyone needs to know from getting ripped off.
Now I know that’s a long time, so we will just stick to your car, your money. Let me assure you this is not how to fix your own car book, it’s a rare insider’s look into the garage business. If your car is a few more years old and start off a little rough, may be it doesn’t have the acceleration power that it use to have or it doesn’t seem to be getting the gas mileage that it use to get out off it. You might think you need a tuner, reasonable. You can take your car to a garage, tell him what’s going on with it and they will be happy to do it 200 dollars tune up order for you. Or they may want you to leave your car so that they can diagnose the problem or you would want a way to garage and they may tell you that your fuel pump is on the way out and you better leave them replace that before the car leaves you stranded.
