In the line hole of main bearing saddle in one the blocks came first. The main cap will be removed, in couple of thousands of an inch; will ground off the bottom of the seats of a cap. Then the cap is put back on the block and tightens them totally. After being cut the opening is no longer circulate. It’s a slide over. The size is checked with dial bore gaze, and horning stones are inserted, and expanded until the proper drag is failed. The horning duos lined up with stones, and once the oil starts to flow through tube of the block, the stones are passed the inner wall while the drills are running. As this happen metal is being removed and the oval shape begins to returns to a perfect circle. As the stones take off the metal the block encaps begin to heat up. The machine is checks the size of the gaze, and then takes a break to let the block sit and cool so the metal would return to its true size. After a few minutes of cooling, the stones are run again and, the progress is checked with the gaze.
